Godfrey Benjamin provides client-centred counselling to adults, youth, and young adults, with a focus on anxiety, depression, addictions, ADHD, emotion regulation, self-esteem, and relationship concerns.

Godfrey uses an integrative, evidence-based approach, including CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy, to create a non-judgemental and supportive space tailored to each client’s needs. He has a strong interest in working with men and supports individuals navigating trauma, mental health challenges, and life transitions.

Stuart provides client-centred, trauma-informed counselling to individuals, children (ages 8+), families, and older adults, with a particular focus on anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, emotional regulation, and strengthening family cohesion.

Stuart uses an integrative and person-centred approach, drawing on strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs while creating a warm, collaborative space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered. With experience in supportive housing, outpatient care, educational settings, and extensive work with neurodivergent children and families, Stuart brings both clinical insight and practical, frontline experience to his work. He has a strong interest in parent coaching, supporting emotional regulation, and helping individuals and families build clarity, connection, and resilience.

Dana works extensively with adolescents, youth, adults and families, those with chronic pain issues, and with LGBTQ+ populations.

Dana specializes in addressing diverse mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, PTSD, complex trauma, ADHD, and OCD and related disorders, such as hoarding, body-focused repetitive behaviours (BFRB’s eg. hair pulling, & skin picking).

Theresa is an experienced Registered Social Worker with a collaborative, respectful approach to therapy. She supports individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, and relationship challenges. With a Master of Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University and extensive experience in community and private practice, Theresa brings an anti-oppressive, person-centred, and trauma-responsive approach to her work. She also draws from personal experience with learning differences, infertility, and adoption.
